Job summary

Tiro Security is seeking a Cybersecurity Scrum Master to establish and mature Agile delivery across Cybersecurity Engineering, IAM and other technical teams in Hollywood, Florida. This role goes beyond running ceremonies, focusing on building processes and delivering complex projects with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Join an established security-focused team driving transformation; five days onsite. Salary is competitive and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Scrum Master experience across Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to establish Agile delivery processes in new or unstructured environments.
• Advanced Jira and Confluence experience with dashboards and reporting.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, IAM, DevOps, software engineering or infrastructure teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and proactive communication skills.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred; cybersecurity experience helps.

• Coach and mentor teams; optimize delivery flow and backlog management.

Cybersecurity Scrum Master

We’re partnering with a global hospitality organization undergoing a significant digital transformation. They’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to establish and mature Agile delivery across Cybersecurity Engineering, IAM and other technical teams.

This isn’t a traditional Scrum Master role focused solely on running ceremonies. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building processes, introducing structure and helping technical teams deliver complex projects.

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands‑on Scrum Master experience, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management and Agile coaching.

• Proven experience establishing Agile delivery processes in new or unstructured environments.

• Advanced Jira and Confluence experience, including workflows, dashboards, delivery metrics and reporting.

• Experience supporting technical teams across cybersecurity, IAM, DevOps, software engineering or infrastructure.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive, hands‑on approach.

• Relevant Scrum or Agile certifications preferred. Cybersecurity experience is advantageous but not essential.
