Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Scrum Master in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support Agile delivery across cybersecurity initiatives spanning governance, engineering, operations, and security programs.

You will serve as a servant leader for delivery teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving team performance, removing impediments, and driving visibility into cybersecurity project delivery. The role requires 5+ years in Scrum/Agile delivery with strong facilitation, metrics, and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Experience developing delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to prioritize and manage backlogs.
• Track sprint health, team capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Remove impediments and balance operational work with project commitments.
• Manage and visualize work across Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
• Provide delivery reporting, risk assessments, and status updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile governance across teams.
• Support intake, prioritization, and planning for cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Cybersecurity Scrum Master in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support Agile delivery across cybersecurity initiatives spanning governance, engineering, operations, and security programs. This role will serve as a servant leader for delivery teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving team performance, removing impediments, and driving visibility into cybersecurity project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders and stakeholders to prioritize, refine, and manage delivery backlogs
• Track sprint health, team capacity, delivery metrics, and program progress
• Remove delivery impediments and help teams balance operational work with project commitments
• Manage and visualize work across Agile and ITSM platforms, including Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
• Provide delivery reporting, risk assessments, and status updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices across teams
• Support intake, prioritization, and planning activities for cybersecurity initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or related Agile delivery role
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience working with ITSM tools including ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage cross-functional delivery efforts
• Experience developing delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting technology, engineering, infrastructure, or cybersecurity teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or security operations teams
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
• Experience with portfolio management, demand planning, and Agile governance practices
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
