Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for a growing cybersecurity program. You will facilitate ceremonies, backlogs, and dashboards while coordinating across cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.

You will lead retrospectives, coach teams on Agile practices, and help balance sprint work with operational cybersecurity demands in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery role serving technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience delivering metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ability to communicate delivery status to leadership clearly.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business demands.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity/IT teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate backlog refinement with cybersecurity leads and owners.
• Track sprint health, predictability, capacity, throughput, and burndown metrics; identify risks.
• Guide teams applying Agile principles within cybersecurity delivery.
• Manage operational workstreams from ITSM platforms, incorporating Kanban.
• Help teams balance sprint commitments with operational responsibilities like remediation and incidents.
• Identify and resolve impediments across cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Protect teams from scope changes and interruptions during sprints.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and delivery accountability.
• Foster a collaborative, psychologically safe environment.
