• Maintain accurate account records, activity notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
• Assist with meeting preparation, presentations, and customer follow-up materials.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead follow-up.
• Learn the company's software security offerings and communicate their business value using approved messaging.
• Track outreach activity and share progress, questions, and insights with your manager.
