Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, CE, IS, or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist security engineers with administration and support of cybersecurity infrastructure technologies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot security platforms to maintain availability and performance.
• Support implementation, testing, and documentation of security solutions and changes.
• Analyze security alerts, logs, and metrics to identify trends and issues.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Assist with user access reviews and health checks.
• Support vulnerability remediation tracking and security compliance activities.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on projects.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
