Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Engineer Manager with security expertise to lead a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers who design and present security solutions for complex customer environments.

You will work with sales to identify requirements, deliver demonstrations, prepare proposals, and collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap. The role emphasizes deep security knowledge and MEDDIC-based selling with AI-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint or network security space (AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc).
• Able to articulate complex security problems to a set of audiences.
• Proactive, self-starter who can work independently and with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Strong MEDDIC-based selling approach and experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements with sales and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical demos and presentations throughout the sales process.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CrowdStrike products and solutions; stay up-to-date on trends in the security industry.
• Develop technical marketing materials to support sales efforts (whitepapers, solution briefs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
