Job summary

Hightower is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our Chicago-based team. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to protect information assets, support risk assessments, and help ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

You’ll assist with audits, risk reporting, and the ongoing governance of security programs while supporting awareness efforts and the adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Security+ or equivalent certification required.
• 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management or related function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and document results.
• Monitor remediation activities and track risk mitigation.
• Support vendor due diligence and third-party risk reviews.
• Assist with audits and compliance initiatives; prepare risk reports for leadership.
• Help implement and maintain cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs.
