Qualifications

• 2–5 years in cybersecurity renewals or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal quotas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel and alliance partners.
• Collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk as needed.
• Suggest and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within assigned book.
• Manage renewal process for multiple commercial customers concurrently with organization through scale.
• Escalate whenever appropriate to help resolve customer concerns.
