The position emphasizes translating NIST/CMMC requirements into actionable tasks, managing POA&Ms, and delivering measurable security outcomes within a hybrid onsite arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical cybersecurity projects across multiple programs and locations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud, and compliance concepts.
• Proven ability to create and manage project plans, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, risks, and status reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, administrators, architects, and compliance stakeholders.
• Experience translating findings into defined tasks with owners, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and compliance projects across programs, systems, and locations.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, roadmaps, and schedules with risks and milestones.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of cybersecurity activities tied to program milestones.
• Coordinate activities among system admins, engineers, architects, compliance teams, and partners.
• Translate assessments and gaps into actionable engineering tasks and plans.
