Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Analyst to coordinate cybersecurity, IT, software, and infrastructure initiatives from requirements through delivery. The role emphasizes Jira-based workflow management, cross-team coordination, and visibility into project status in fast-paced, agile environments.

You will work across technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and deliverables, while driving schedules, risks, and communications in a hybrid Orlando setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO support, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and task management.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining Jira work items, boards, dashboards, and workflows.
• Experience coordinating activities across cybersecurity, IT, software, infrastructure, cloud, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders and technical teams in a clear and structured manner.
• Create, maintain, and manage epics, stories, tasks, and workflows in Jira to support end-to-end project execution.
• Assign and coordinate work across cybersecurity, IT, software, infrastructure, cloud, and engineering resources.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor task progress in Jira and proactively follow up with team members to keep work on track and meet deadlines.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, capture key decisions, and maintain comprehensive action-item tracking.
• Generate and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and metrics using Jira and other project management tools.
• Ensure technical teams remain aligned on priorities, scope, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
