Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to high-quality standards. You will develop project charters, manage risks, and coordinate across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/Cybersecurity project management, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of security frameworks. PMP/GSEC preferred; MS Project experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience in information technology and/or Cybersecurity Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience IT related field.
• GSEC or PMP or Security+ 180 Days.
• Knowledge of Information Security frameworks, standards, principles, practices, controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with internal and external dependencies, moderate to large scope.
• Identify & resolve cost variances and manage budgets.
• Develop and review detailed project plans and track financials.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate team collaboration.
• Document meeting minutes and action items.
