Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Requirements Analyst to integrate agency-specific mission requirements with acquisition management for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the National Capital Region.

The role analyzes capabilities, defines the requirements characteristics that drive acquisition pathway decisions, and supports acquisition readiness within a federal program environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree related to the field.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, capabilities analysis, or acquisition support on federal programs.
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, mission requirements development, and acquisition pathway/decision-point frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience within the Department of Homeland Security with familiarity in cybersecurity is desired.

• Handle Government information and CUI in accordance with DHS records management and information protection requirements.

Rivet Operations Company is looking for a Requirements Analyst to integrate agency-specific mission requirements with acquisition management for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the National Capital Region.The Requirements Analyst role is responsible for applying DHS Mission Requirements and Acquisition Management policy to analyze capabilities, define the requirements characteristics that drive acquisition pathway selection, and determine whether investments are materiel or non-materiel. This position is a strong fit for an analyst who can connect mission needs, requirements, and acquisition decisions in a federal program environment.
