Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC seeks a Project Analyst in the National Capital Region (Washington DC and surrounding areas) to monitor project performance, track budgets, and convert complex project data into actionable insights within a federal program for CISA.

The role requires detail orientation, ability to manage schedules, action items, and reporting in a fast-paced environment; prior DHS/cybersecurity familiarity is desired, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree related to the field of work.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in project coordination, scheduling, and/or analytical support
• Proficiency with project scheduling and tracking tools and familiarity with work-breakdown structure project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience within the Department of Homeland security with familiarity in cybersecurity is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support development and upkeep of the Project Management Plan
• Prepare status reports that cross reference progress against the project schedule and deliverables
• Support quality control processes, including review and approval procedures for deliverables and correction of identified deficiencies
• Maintain project records in compliance with DHS records management and information protection requirements
