Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution and growth of advanced national-security technology programs for Department of War and Intelligence Community customers. Reporting to a Program Manager, the PM will be accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance across R&D, integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and mission support.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with eligibility to obtain and maintain polygraph.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience including at least 2 years leading programs for DoD or IC customers.
• Experience with federal acquisitions and contracting environments (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, or task-order).
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams containing technical, operational, contractual, and financial personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software and hardware product delivery, including oversight of development, integration, production, and deployment phases to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Lead sustainment operations, ensuring ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for delivered products and systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among engineering, field support, operations, contracts, and finance personnel to achieve program goals.
• Monitor and control program budgets, schedules, and risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain performance and financial targets.
• Support proposal development, contract growth strategies, and transition of technologies from IRAD and prototyping to production and sustainment.
