Job summary

Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to apply cyber security and technical operations expertise to support Sponsor's mission, coordinating cross-functional technical projects across IT systems.

The role involves analyzing data, evaluating cyber tools, and developing roadmaps for process improvements, while coordinating technical exchange meetings and producing documentation to inform strategic decisions for multiple sectors including finance, telecom, and energy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives that span across organization, internal and external mission partners.
• Demonstrated experience working with cyber security research, analysis, and forensic techniques to exploit technical data.
• Demonstrated ability to gather data and analyze user needs to determine, recommend, and implement project plans and proposals for operational integration.
• Demonstrated experience with networking and computer security.
• Demonstrated experience creating strategic plans, technical project plans, and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience communicating information to both technical and non-technical personnel, both verbally and via presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage technical projects supporting a mission-focused office.
• Analyze cyber data and IT systems to evaluate tools and integration options.
• Develop roadmaps and process improvement plans; monitor progress of technical processes.
• Facilitate technical exchange meetings to determine customer needs and validate complex requests.
• Compose technical documents evaluating cyber and technical projects for Sponsor’s mission.
• Serve on the Front Office support Team and provide input into the Sponsor's technical review process.
