Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain additional clearances.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary projects in networking, cybersecurity, and software development.
• 5+ years managing multi-year government programs, including budgets, schedules, staff and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Help organize the efforts of engineering teams responsible for government R&D programs, including staff, technical, contractual, and program functions.
• Coordinate definition of project requirements, plan and schedule commitments, assign staff, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Lead project team meetings and track action items to completion.
• Develop briefs and documentation for customers on status, solutions, concepts, and ideas.
• Interact with customers to provide status, address evolving needs, and spark new business opportunities.
• Participate in bids, proposals, and new business development efforts.
