Job summary

CACI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the Cyber line of business. You will coordinate a team of engineers across cybersecurity and advanced networking projects, interfacing with customers and subject matter experts to define requirements and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities include organizing engineering efforts for government R&D programs, managing schedules and budgets, and providing status briefings.

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain additional clearances as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and contributing to interdisciplinary projects involving networking technologies, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-year government programs, including budgets, schedules, staff, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Organize engineering teams responsible for government R&D programs, including staffing and overseeing technical, contractual, and programmatic functions.
• Define project requirements per customer needs, plan and schedule commitments, assign staff, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Lead project team meetings and track action items to completion.
• Develop and provide briefings and documentation on status, technical solutions, and new ideas for customers.
• Interact with customers to provide status, address evolving needs, and align goals and expectations.
