Capital One is seeking a Product Owner to lead cybersecurity initiatives, emphasizing threat, data protection, and design thinking. You will guide agile teams, craft user stories, and ensure security features align with business goals.

You will collaborate with engineering, solution architects, and product management to deliver backlogs, refine requirements, and drive metrics-driven improvements across multiple secure platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology
• 4+ years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities

Responsabilités

• Communicate the delivery roadmap to technology teams by inspiring the team through the product vision
• Articulate target persona, customer benefit, and value of features across teams
• Leverage technical knowledge to support engineering teams in delivering value
• Represent voice of customer to engineering teams on cryptography and data protection
• Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
• Participate in research or design sessions for new features and cryptographic domains
• Develop and refine the product backlog with epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure requirements understood by engineering teams
• Prioritize backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes while managing risk and performance
• Act as technical advisor to product manager and engineers
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and SAFe ceremonies
• Support teams through escalation of impediments
• Drive performance and innovation with data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities when security metrics indicate gaps in performance
• Maintain credibility with internal teams and partners
