Capital One is seeking a Manager, Cyber Security Product Owner in Illinois to drive delivery of cybersecurity solutions leveraging threat intelligence, data, and design thinking.

You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, articulate customer value, and shape backlogs with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and risk-mitigated plans, including post-quantum considerations, PKI, and encryption concepts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate the delivery roadmap to technology teams by inspiring the team through the product vision.
• Clearly articulate target persona, customer benefit, and value of features across teams.
• Leverage technical knowledge to support engineering teams in delivering value.
• Represent the voice of the customer on encryption and data protection in cloud environments.
• Lead backlog refinement and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes while managing risk.
