Capital One seeks a technical security product leader to deliver game-changing cybersecurity solutions grounded in threat data and design thinking. You will bridge executive risk conversations with deep technical analysis, driving strategic roadmaps and security capabilities across enterprise teams.

You’ll develop metrics, manage backlogs, and partner with engineering to ensure secure, scalable products that enable the business while reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 4 years evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop risk-based, data-driven strategy and roadmaps for enterprise security services, in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Analyze and select alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility and viability.
• Lead backlog grooming to translate vision into detailed initiatives with clear acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Advise executive decision makers on business and technology risk grounded in threat.
• Develop and lead RFI/RFPs to procure effective cyber solutions.
