Job summary

At TUV SUD America, we are seeking a senior auditor-leader to conduct management system audits and help shape our sustainability product portfolio. You will support onboarding of auditors, monitor performance, and coordinate pre/post-audit activities with the Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes training, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration across regions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of third-party audit experience, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years of 3rd-party certification audit experience, including multi-site organisations.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of certification bodies, accreditation rules, and standards in the product line.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform product strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization target.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators; take corrective action.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
