Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a seasoned Lead Auditor to manage management system audits and drive the sustainability product portfolio across global and regional teams. You will lead auditor qualification, support onboarding, monitor performance, and coordinate pre- and post-audit activities with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
5+ years of 3rd-party certification audits, including multi-site organizations.
3+ years of people leadership managing direct reports or technical teams.
Knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and relevant management system standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct management system audits with a target of approximately 50% audit utilization.
Support the onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the assigned sustainability product portfolio.
Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators, and take corrective action when needed.
Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities in coordination with the Operations Manager.
Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives.
Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to assigned sustainability services.
