Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to conduct management system audits for diverse clients, including complex multi-site organizations. The role leads audit teams, supports onboarding, and drives a sustainability product portfolio aligned with global objectives.

You will monitor audit quality, provide training, and coordinate pre- and post-audit activities with the Operations Manager, while engaging clients and stakeholders through strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting 3rd-party certification audits on complex/multi-site organizations.
• 3+ years of people-leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and related standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization.
• Onboard, qualify, and resource auditors for the sustainability product portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance and enforce corrective actions.
• Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with the Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities for sustainability services.
