Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a senior auditor to lead third-party certification audits within our sustainability product portfolio in Minnesota. You will manage multi-site audits, onboard auditors, monitor performance, and coordinate with the Operations Manager on pre/post-audit activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of third-party audit experience, a Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX, and at least 3 years of people leadership. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• 5+ years auditing third-party certification, multi-site experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing direct reports or teams.
• Knowledge of certification body processes and standards in the product line.
• Understanding of market and customer requirements to inform strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with a target of approximately 50% audit utilization.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for the assigned sustainability product portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance, including rejection rates and quality indicators.
• Facilitate pre-audit and post-audit activities in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools and documentation.
• Develop and implement the product portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to assigned sustainability services.
