Job summary
TUV SUD America is seeking a seasoned Lead Auditor to conduct third-party certification audits and lead auditor teams. You will shape the sustainability product portfolio, coordinate with operations, and support client-facing activities across global and regional teams.
The role requires strong ISO standards knowledge, 5+ years of audit leadership, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel may be required, with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in 3rd-party certification audits.
- Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001/27701/TISAX.
- 3+ years people-leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of certification processes and standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization.
- Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors.
- Monitor auditor performance and take corrective action.
- Coordinate pre-audit and post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
- Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge tools.
- Develop and implement portfolio strategy aligned with global goals.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities for sustainability services.
