Job summary

Atomus is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to work with customers, helping them implement and maximize Atomus’ cybersecurity products while ensuring NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance. You will support Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu, iOS, Android devices and Firewalls, while providing exceptional customer experiences and identifying improvements for the product team.

You will serve as the voice of the customer, relay feedback to the product team, and assist with onboarding and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST/CMMC, firewalls, routers and encryption tools.
• Intermediate networking knowledge of WAN/LAN and security devices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and guide new customers, set up security programs and baseline compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering and partners to relay customer feedback.
• Maintain NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance documentation with customers.
