Job summary

Accenture's Cybersecurity practice in the United States seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead complex engagements across IT/OT for Chemicals & Natural Resources clients. You will provide subject matter expertise, coordinate delivery, and collaborate with client security, business, and IT stakeholders, Accenture domain experts, and third-party teams.

The role focuses on securing industrial environments, IT/OT convergence, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or managing cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• 3+ years of delivering cybersecurity solutions for chemical manufacturers, oil & gas operators, mining companies, or agricultural enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT/OT environments, cloud, and industrial control systems, following IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82, EPA RMP, TSA directives, CIRCIA, API 1164 and HSE regulations.
• Support leaders in integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience, capital programs, plant modernization, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage CNR cybersecurity transformation workstreams: IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, monitoring, threat detection modernization, cyber resilience, and IAM for critical infrastructure.
• Facilitate CNR-specific threat modeling, incident response, and recovery-readiness for ransomware, nation-state activity, supply chain, insecure remote access, and attacks on chemical plants or mining operations.
• Work with architects and vendors to develop scalable cybersecurity solutions for OT modernization, cloud adoption, field devices, and digital supply chains without compromising safety.
• Contribute CNR cybersecurity expertise to client engagements, proposals, and internal forums.
• Support Accenture Security and CNR teams in developing differentiated offerings and go-to-market materials.
• Establishing trusted relationships with clients.
