Accenture seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead complex information security engagements across IT and OT in the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector. You will coordinate delivery, supervise teams, and act as the primary client contact for security stakeholders and Accenture experts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT environments.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project teams or workstreams, including planning and delivery management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, and industrial control networks.
Lead project teams, manage plans, risks, budgets, and deliverables; communicate progress to stakeholders.
Help shape secure IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, threat detection modernization, and identity management for critical infrastructure.
