Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager in the United States to lead complex engagements across IT and OT within the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry. You will coordinate delivery, guide client security and IT stakeholders, and manage plans, risks, budgets, and outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include shaping cybersecurity strategies, secure IT/OT convergence, and strengthening operational resilience while collaborating with architects, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or managing solutions across cybersecurity domains.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for chemical manufacturers, oil & gas operators, mining companies, or agricultural enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate's Degree requires 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation across IT/OT environments including cloud and industrial networks.
• Advise on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience and modernization projects.
• Lead IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, and threat-detection modernization initiatives.
• Support threat modeling, incident response, and recovery-readiness activities for critical industrial operations.
