Crowe is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to join our growing team in the United States. You will lead or support cybersecurity assessments, advise clients on governance, risk, and compliance, and help mature resilience programs across environments.

You will collaborate with engagement teams, mentor junior consultants, and deliver clear findings that strengthen security posture and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes growth and practical impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity operations and controls.
• Data protection principles and HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, HCISPP).
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operations.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls against regulatory requirements (HIPAA, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Support integrated assessments that align cybersecurity with broader business resilience objectives.
• Advise client security and risk functions to build and operationalize programs across governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and business resilience.
• Lead or support program execution activities, including control implementation, metrics, and remediation.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate assessment scope, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction.
