Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
• 4+ years delivering cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations and controls, data protection, and HIPAA rules.
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certifications such as CISSP/CISA/HCISPP.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operations.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness against HIPAA, NIST CSF, and ISO standards.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and supervise project delivery.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and client deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate scope, findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery.
