Qualifications

• Five years of total professional experience.
• Four+ years of hands-on cybersecurity or IT risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations and controls; data protection
• HIPAA Security and Privacy Rule requirements.
• Bachelor's degree; professional certifications (CISSP, CISA, HCISPP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cybersecurity and resilience assessments across technology and operational domains.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness against regulatory requirements and industry frameworks (HIPAA, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Support integrated assessments that link cybersecurity controls to broader resilience objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to client security and risk functions across governance, risk, and compliance.
• Lead or support program execution activities, including control implementation, metrics, and remediation.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants; contribute to team development.
• Prepare clear, thorough documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
• Communicate assessment scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain engagement quality and client satisfaction throughout delivery.
