Job summary

The coordinator will manage schedules, resources, and basic technical support, ensuring a safe, organized learning environment for students and staff involved in Cybersecurity coursework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in instructional support, lab coordination, or related admin operations.
• Candidates who will complete the degree by start date will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the instructional cybersecurity lab and space.
• Manage lab scheduling, room/equipment reservations, and logistics.
• Provide basic technical support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Monitor lab usage, maintain records, and assist with reports.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate purchasing and vendor services.
• Ensure readiness of lab tech/equipment for scheduled activities.
• Collaborate with faculty, IT, facilities, and campus partners.
• Assist with budget tracking, documentation, and events related to lab operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards; support the director as needed.
