Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field; instructional support/lab coordination experience preferred.
• Candidates who will complete the bachelor's degree by start date will be considered.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Java and Python; cloud infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the instructional lab and learning environment, ensuring safety, functionality, and readiness for classes and events.
• Manage lab schedules, room and equipment reservations, and operational logistics for instructional activities.
• Provide operational and basic technical support to faculty, staff, and students, including troubleshooting and lab resources.
• Monitor lab usage, attendance, equipment utilization, and prepare reports to support planning and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate purchasing, maintenance, and vendor services.
• Inspect and prepare instructional technology and equipment for scheduled activities to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with faculty, IT, facilities, vendors, and campus partners to support instructional operations.
• Assist with budget tracking, documentation, and special projects related to lab operations.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety standards.
