You will deliver hands‑on instruction in cybersecurity fundamentals, security operations, endpoint security, and ethical hacking while fostering an inclusive, high‑accountability learning environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching adult learners and managing classroom learning environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with cybersecurity labs, cloud security, security operations, endpoint technologies, and current industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab‑first instruction across cybersecurity fundamentals, security operations, endpoint security, and ethical hacking; guide learners through hands‑on scenarios.
• Prepare learners for industry‑recognised certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP) and connect concepts to real‑world practices.
• Manage learner progress with timely feedback, office hours, and coaching to drive course completion and certification readiness.
• Mentor cybersecurity projects from scoping to employer‑ready demonstrations and capstones.
• Stay current on threats, technologies, and best practices to inform curriculum, labs, and assessments.
