Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity sales leader to drive revenue growth and manage the Readiness, Recovery & Response portfolio across North America. You will engage CISOs and navigate internal sales platforms to maintain a high-velocity pipeline.

You will build relationships across account teams and alliance partners, forecast rigorously, and translate complex security capabilities into client-ready solutions while coordinating cross-functionally for successful wins.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity services such as incident response or readiness.
• Proven track record consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading RFP responses and managing complex negotiations to close.
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM and pipeline management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response sales pipeline across NA with revenue targets and forecast accountability.
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses with capability teams, architects, pricing and legal for competitive proposals.
• Manage full opportunity lifecycle from qualification through close with resource alignment at each stage.
• Use internal sales platforms to track opportunities, monitor pipeline health, and provide leadership with timely reports.
