ReliaQuest, LLC, a leading AI cybersecurity company, seeks a Corporate Events Specialist in Tampa to own internal and external events from concept through execution.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales, manage budgets, source vendors, handle contracts, and coordinate on-site logistics for conferences, user events, and quarterly activities. Travel as needed with a creative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage internal and external events and experiences.
• Coordinate budgeting, vendor sourcing, contracts, and logistics.
• Oversee on-site setup and post-event wrap.
• Partner with marketing and sales to align programs and drive engagement.
• Track feedback and report metrics on activity results.
