Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a seasoned engineer to support Navy submarine programs, performing complex analyses, design work, and lifecycle cost estimates. The role requires a DoD RMF framework background and a U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field is required.
10+ years of IA/C&A experience and RMF knowledge are required.
Level III Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) per DoD RMF definitions.
Familiarity with Navy or industry cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

Apply theories and principles of science and mathematics to research and develop economical technical solutions.
Design products and machinery; implement improved processes and materials.
Analyze environmental and human impact of developed systems.
Supervise testing, production, or maintenance and diagnose failures to maintain quality.
Estimate time and cost to complete projects.
