Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead and manage complex security engagements within our Financial Services practice. You will provide cybersecurity expertise, drive project delivery, and serve as the primary client contact across teams and partners.

You will mentor teams from Analyst to Manager levels, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape secure, resilient solutions for banking, capital markets, and insurance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with deep expertise in financial services regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degrees welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex information security engagements and drive delivery as the primary client contact.
• Advise executives on integrating cybersecurity risk into operational resilience, capital programs, M&A, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs across all environments and threat detection modernization.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to design scalable cybersecurity architectures for secure modernization and cloud adoption.
• Represent Accenture Cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
