Job summary

Inclusively is partnering with a global professional services company to hire a Cybersecurity Director. This is an external role with the partner; you will lead complex information security engagements across banking, capital markets, and insurance, interfacing with client security stakeholders and senior leaders.

You will manage teams and drive delivery of secure, resilient solutions. Travel 25%–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity experience, including financial services expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security with business goals and regs.
• Advise C-suite on cybersecurity risk in resilience, capital programs, M&A and transformation.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation across environments including IAM and threat detection.
• Partner with vendors to design scalable security architectures for cloud adoption and modernization.
• Represent cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals and leadership forums.
• Work with industry teams to shape go-to-market cybersecurity solutions.
• Establish trusted client relationships to ensure delivery of outcomes.
