Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Director to lead complex information security engagements within our Financial Services focus. You will provide senior cybersecurity expertise and drive project delivery, interfacing with client security stakeholders and Accenture domain experts.

You will manage teams across Analyst to Manager levels, shape secure architectures, and partner with ecosystem vendors to deliver resilient, compliant security programs across banking, capital markets, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in financial services cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Experience working with market-leading cybersecurity technology partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders at key accounts to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Advise C-suite and other business leaders on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience, capital programs, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs focused on secure security in all environments, threat detection modernization, cyber resilience, and identity and access management.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and technology vendors to design scalable cybersecurity architectures that enable secure modernization, automation, cloud adoption.
• Represent Accenture Cybersecurity in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
• Partner with other Accenture Industry teams to define and develop new go-to-market solutions for clients.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients.
