Job summary

The Cigna Group invites graduates and early-career technologists to join its Technology Development Program (TECDP) Cybersecurity Track in a full-time capacity. The two-year program blends hands-on security work with formal training across threat detection, incident response, forensics, and SOC operations.

Participants gain mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and leadership development while contributing to secure system design and risk mitigation for healthcare data and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Education: Must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology at hire.
• Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with network and cloud security, application security, IAM, and secure system design.
• Investigative Roles: Exposure to threat intelligence, incident response, digital forensics, SOC, risk analysis, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Meaningful Work: Contribute to Cyber Security across technical and investigative teams, supporting threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation to protect sensitive health data and critical infrastructure.
