The Cigna Group’s Technology Development Program (TECDP) Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering Summer Internship offers a 12-week, hands-on experience blending training, mentorship, and real project work in healthcare technology.

Join the Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering track to gain exposure to cloud platforms, automation, and enterprise infrastructure with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule and a 40-hour work week, beginning May 24, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a technical field (CS/IT/CE/Cloud).
• Foundational cloud concepts; familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes beneficial.
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python/Java/JavaScript/Bash/PowerShell).
• Experience with Git and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile approaches (Scrum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering projects.
• Learn and apply cloud platforms, automation, and secure enterprise infra concepts.
• Engage with mentors and cross-functional teams to drive innovations.
• Participate in curriculum and networking events to build technologist skills.
