Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology at the time of hire.
• Related degrees considered with demonstrated interest or exposure to Cyber Security.
• Familiarity with network and cloud security, application security, IAM, and secure system design.
• Exposure to threat intelligence, incident response, digital forensics, SOC, risk analysis, GRC, and vulnerability management.
• Academic coursework, internships, or projects focused on Cybersecurity.
• Leadership or involvement in clubs, organizations, hackathons, technical competitions, or research projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year Technology Development Program focused on building technical expertise and understanding technology transformation across healthcare.
• Contribute to Cyber Security across technical and investigative teams.
• Support threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
• Help protect sensitive health data and critical infrastructure.
• Gain hands‑on experience in SOC analysis, forensics, and secure system engineering.
• Collaborate with peers, mentors, and cross‑functional partners.
• Support recruiting, innovation, onboarding, and community engagement initiatives.
• Participate in core and track‑specific technical training, leadership development, and business exposure.
• Build relationships through networking, mentorship, cross‑functional collaboration, and peer engagement
