Based in Bloomfield, CT or other listed offices, this full‑time program combines hands‑on data engineering work with a structured curriculum, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration, with hybrid onsite/work schedule and potential for a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at the time of hire.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with SQL for database querying and management.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, platforms, and analytical tools to turn data into insights.
• Collaborate with peers, mentors, and cross‑functional partners to support innovation and onboarding.
• Participate in core and track‑specific curriculum including technical training and leadership development.
