Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent
• 5+ years leading complex enterprise IT or cybersecurity initiatives with multiple workstreams
• Experience delivering enterprise tech capabilities with vendors and internal teams
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and reporting variances
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
• Knowledge of exposure/vulnerability management, cloud security, IAM, and cyber risk remediation
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Oversee scope, schedules, resources, risks, and commitments across workstreams
• Coordinate adoption, rollout, and transition to support teams
• Apply Agile/Scrum or other appropriate delivery practices
• Coordinate execution across technical and business teams with clear ownership
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and providers
• Identify barriers and drive resolution or escalation
• Support cyber risk reduction initiatives and security platforms
• Define requirements, dependencies, and testing with technical experts
• Maintain dashboards and executive updates on progress and risks
• Translate cybersecurity concepts for executive audiences
• Support rollout and adoption with stakeholders and communications teams
