Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex enterprise IT or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience delivering capabilities with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with PM tools such as Asana, Jira, MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives by translating priorities into plans, milestones and accountable owners.
• Oversee scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Coordinate rollout, operational readiness and transition to support teams.
• Apply Agile/Scrum or delivery practices based on project needs.
• Maintain dashboards and executive updates on progress, risks and actions.
• Translate complex cybersecurity information for exec and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and testing teams to validate implementations.
