What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a single point of contact between security and technical/business teams during acquisitions and divestitures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, tech, and security teams to develop secure design patterns for strategic partnerships
- Develop and document new security playbooks and services focused on business alliances and acquisitions
- Coordinate core security and technology services during acquisition processes
- Ensure in-flight acquisitions receive appropriate security services at the right times

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 9 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an information security role, preferably as a Security Architect or Security Engineer
- Direct experience with designing solutions related to mergers, acquisitions, and multi-company collaborations
- Working knowledge of popular cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and collaboration platforms (M365, Slack)
- Strong understanding of industry security standards, such as NIST 800 and ISO 27001

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GCFE, GCFA, GDSA, GCTI, GCIA, GCDA, GEIR certifications are strongly preferred
- Experience with security tooling and capabilities, including hands-on/operational exposure
- Familiarity with Active Directory and related security constructs
