Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design and maintain a comprehensive security architecture across the enterprise, aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will lead cybersecurity strategy, oversee implementation of controls, and mentor engineers, collaborating with IT teams to mitigate risks in a large logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture aligned with business goals.
• Design secure IT environments, including network, cloud, IAM, and data protection.
• Lead incident response planning and threat-hunting activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape risk and governance.
