Job summary

Everforth ECS in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead the cybersecurity posture of mission-critical DoD systems. The ISSM will serve as the principal advisor to the Program Manager, Information System Owner, and AO, ensuring RMF implementation, system security authorization, and continuous monitoring in a dynamic Special Operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related technical discipline; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Min 5 years of progressively responsible cybersecurity/IA experience, DoD/IC preferred.
• Experience performing ISSM/ISSO duties and RMF lifecycle activities.
• Experience with SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and ATO documentation.
• Strong ability to communicate risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the cybersecurity posture of assigned information systems.
• Oversee RMF activities, system authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Serve as principal cybersecurity advisor to PM, IS Owner, AO, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities with government officials and assessors.
